Effective December 1, 2015 the SIPP application has been enhanced to cover additional residential treatment options, and is now called the CRT (Children's Residential Treatment) application.
"Welcome to the CFCHS Children's Residential Treatment (CRT) Packet Management System. This system allows users to manage the assembly of all application information and supporting documents needed to form a completed CRT Admission packet."
